Summer Sizzler Referral Contest:

Rules of Participation

One winner shall be selected at random from among those Owners who qualify to be entered into the drawing by meeting the prescribed criteria. To qualify to be entered in the Summer Sizzler Drawing, an owner must be in good standing and must have have attained a minimum of five (5) new Summer Sizzler referral leads, a minimum of two (2) Summer Sizzler showed tours and a minimum of one (1) Summer Sizzler referral sale. Summer Sizzler referrals, showed tours and referral sales are those that occur during the Summer Sizzler promotion period, 6/1/10 through 8/31/10.

Winner will receive full ownership of an annual 7-day interval in a one-bedroom suite at The Manhattan Club. Winner may choose either a standard week ownership or RCI Points in an amount equivalent to a 7-day interval in a one-bedroom suite at The Manhattan Club. Participating Owners will also receive 24 hour complimentary parking for each qualified showed tour.

Winner will be notified in writing via registered US postal mail. In the event that Winner cannot be contacted within twenty (20) days of drawing, Winner shall be deemed to disqualified and prize package forfeited. Should Winner forfeit prize by choice or by disqualification through any means, Sponsor shall select a new random winner from the remaining entries. A maximum of five (5) names will be drawn in an attempt to select a winner. In the event that Sponsor is not able to contact any of the five (5) names drawn or, should all contacted parties elect to decline the prize, this drawing shall be deemed closed and prize award unable to be fulfilled. Prize value is approximately $33,000. It is the responsibility of the Winner to pay real estate taxes and maintenance fees for the awarded interval.

Winner must be in good standing with the Manhattan Club at the time of the drawing to be eligible to be awarded prize. No prize substitution shall be made except at the discretion of Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries. Entries must be completed by August 31, 2010. Drawing will be held on or before October 15, 2010.

Void where prohibited. Employees of The Manhattan Club, its parent company and affiliates, and their families are not eligible to participate. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted unless at the discretion of Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes on total retail value are the sole responsibility of Winner. This Drawing is sponsored by the agent for The Manhattan Club located at 200 West 56th Street, New York, NY 10019.

General Terms & Conditions:

By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. If selected as a winner, by accepting the prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's use (unless prohibited by law) of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes without further permission or compensation. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.
