This project is a demonstration of an MCP Server integrated with Arista CloudVision, enabling enhanced API interactions to fetch monitoring data and manage tags via Claude. It's intended for experimental purposes rather than production use.

MCP Server Demo with Arista CloudVision

This project expands on existing MCP server concepts by integrating additional API calls within Arista CloudVision. The server allows interaction with Claude's API to obtain connectivity monitor data and create tags for Studios and dashboards.

Example usage

  • Set up a .env file with relevant tokens
  • Download and configure Claude Desktop
  • Update Claude's developer settings to run the MCP server
  • Reload Claude and begin using the tool
